My father and I stopped off at the Buffalo Ridge Resort this last Sunday. My father grew up in the Gary area and had not been to the School for the blind since 1935 as a visitor/child. We really enjoyed the wonderful Sunday brunch at the Rock room grill. Chief Steve, Aaron and our two waitresses where super attentive to our needs and satisfaction. WOW what a feast Steve put on. My father is in a wheel chair and I decided to walk off some of the brunch so I pushed him around the campus, through the tunnels and up a couple of ramps. My father and I really enjoyed the time and effort that has gone into restoring the old school. (inside joke) we really liked the concete buffalo elevated up on one of the buildings. Great job Joe.
